The Cody Lifesaver Fund was established in 1994 as a resource to help Golden Retrievers who enter our program and require veterinary care above and beyond the routine care provided to other program Goldens. Typically, this involves trauma care, orthopedic and other surgeries, treatment for heartworm disease, blood chemistries for Goldens eight years old and older, and dental care, including extractions.
